How does the subscription work? Does everyone have to pay?
No. The subscription is linked to the circle, not to individual people. This means that a single subscription unlocks premium features for all members of the circle.
In practice, a family member usually creates the circle and activates the subscription. Everyone else participates without paying individually.
👉 Example: a son or daughter creates a circle to coordinate care for a parent, invites siblings and a caregiver, and activates the subscription. Everyone uses the agenda, documents and translation features at no extra cost. If the family wishes, the cost can be shared privately outside the app.
Can Cerchi be useful in a school context?
In some cases, Cerchi can also help with school-related coordination, especially when family members or the group speak different languages.
Cerchi does not replace official school channels, but it can help families share information, clarify communications and stay aligned in a more organised way.
👉 Example: a non-Italian speaking family can create a private family circle and invite other parents or class representatives. Shared updates (notices, reminders, messages) are shown in each person’s preferred language, reducing misunderstandings and helping cooperation.
Is the app secure? Are my data private?
Each circle is a closed environment accessible only by invitation. Data are handled via Firebase infrastructure (Google Cloud) and are not sold to third parties. We do not use ads based on your data.
How does automatic translation work?
During sign-up, each user chooses a preferred language. When you write content, Cerchi shows it to other circle members already translated into the language they selected.
How can I delete my account?
You can delete your account and associated data at any time from the app (Settings → Delete account). This action is immediate and irreversible.
