The problem it solves

When information is scattered, even a simple handover becomes difficult.

Daily care is made of details. When they stay in chats, in someone’s memory or on separate sheets, finding them at the right time takes time and energy.

01

Everything in different places

Notes, dictated updates, appointments, documents and expenses end up in separate tools.

02

Continuity breaks down

Important information stays in one person’s head or gets lost during handovers.

03

Language becomes a barrier

Family members and assistants may know what to do, but they cannot always understand one another clearly.

Why an organized Circle matters

A few updates, continuity that lasts.

Care depends on continuity. Recording what matters helps everyone quickly recover the context without rebuilding it every time.

Continuity

Habits, preferences and updates stay with the person over time.

Clarity

Everyone finds important information without searching through messages and notes.

Handovers

When the Circle is kept up to date, the next person does not have to rebuild everything from scratch.

Small updates collected over time help the next care worker recover the context

An up-to-date Circle makes changes between care workers easier. The next person can find routines, preferences, appointments and guidance already collected. Content that supports translation can be viewed in the chosen language.

Language inclusion

The same information, understandable to everyone.

When family members and assistants speak different languages, Cerchi helps remove a real barrier in daily care.

  • One person writes in Italian, the other can read in Romanian or one of the other supported languages, and vice versa.
  • Translation is available for the Notice Board, tasks, documents and Routines, with the original always accessible.

Different roles, relevant information

Dedicated spaces, one shared goal.

Caregivers and assistants have dedicated areas for different personal and operational needs, alongside the Circle’s shared tools.

Caregiver

A personal space to support caregivers.

A personal space to reflect on the care load, keep private notes and find practical guidance. The Person Map collects preferences, routines and helpful details and shares them with the Circle.

  • Care-load check-ins, journal and notes that remain private.
  • Shared Person Map with preferences, routines, what soothes or upsets the person, what to avoid, activities and notes.
  • AI Guide, library, practical guides, useful links and continuity of suggestions.

Assistant

An operational space to prepare for and navigate a shift.

An operational space to prepare for a shift, describe a situation by voice as well as text, receive practical guidance and record a shared update. Shift notes remain private.

  • A “Before you start” summary based on recent points, the Map and personal notes.
  • Describe a situation by text or voice and receive practical guidance on what to do, what to avoid and when to alert someone.
  • Record a shared update on the Notice Board and receive task suggestions.
  • Personal shift notes that can be edited and are visible only to the Assistant who created them.

  3. 3

    Review and edit
