Support practical user guide

How to use Cerchi step by step.

A simple guide to getting started, bringing order to daily care and sharing information only when needed.

1. Creating a circle

The circle is the private space where you collect information, notes, calendar items and documents connected to daily care.

  • Open Cerchi and log in with your account
  • Create a new circle
  • Give the circle a clear name
  • You can use it alone and invite other people later

2. Inviting a family member or assistant

Each member joins by invitation. This keeps the circle private and accessible only to authorized people.

  • Enter the circle
  • Open the members section
  • Share the invitation code
  • The invited person creates an account and enters the code

3. Roles: family member and assistant

Cerchi can show different tools depending on the person’s role in the circle.

  • A family member can keep notes, calendar, routine, documents and expenses together
  • An assistant or care worker can record updates and consult what is needed
  • Authorized members see only the space they were invited to

4. Using the notice board

The notice board is used to save important updates and keep them organized.

  • Use quick update for short messages
  • Use a detailed post when you want to write something more complete
  • Use a checklist when there are things to do or tick off
  • Filter posts by category: meals, activities, groceries, medication, visits

5. Quick update

Quick update helps turn text or voice into a clearer update.

  • Write a simple sentence
  • Or use the microphone to dictate an update
  • Cerchi transcribes and organizes the text
  • You always check before saving or sharing

6. Automatic translations

Each member can use Cerchi in their own language. Updates are translated to help family members and assistants understand each other better.

  • Each user chooses their language in the app
  • A person can write or speak in their language
  • Other members read in the language they have set
  • The original text remains available when needed

7. Routine

The Routine section collects simple recurring activities that help give continuity to daily life.

  • View daily routine activities
  • Tick off what has been done
  • Use generated or manually created routines when useful
  • Help the circle understand what still needs to be done

8. Calendar, expenses and documents

Calendar, expenses and documents help keep together what would otherwise end up in different places.

  • Save appointments, visits and deadlines
  • Record expenses and purchases connected to daily care
  • Upload documents, photos or useful instructions
  • Content remains accessible only to authorized members

9. Smart tools

Smart tools help make notes, messages and routines clearer. They do not decide for you.

  • Describe what you need
  • Read the generated proposal
  • Edit the text if needed
  • Save or share only after checking

10. Security, privacy and limits

Cerchi is designed for sensitive information: private circles, invitation-only access and user control.

  • Only invited members can access circle content
  • Data is not sold or used for advertising
  • In an emergency or for health doubts, contact qualified professionals or services
