Support practical user guide

How to use Cerchi step by step.

A simple guide to creating a circle, inviting family and assistants, using the notice board, translations, AI, routines, the Daily Log tab, and the document archive.

1. Creating a circle

The circle is the private space where family members, caregivers, and assistants can coordinate.

  • Open Cerchi and log in with your account
  • Create a new circle
  • Give the circle a clear name
  • Use the invitation code to add family members or assistants

2. Inviting a family member or an assistant

Every member joins via invitation. This ensures the circle remains private and accessible only to authorized people.

  • Enter the circle
  • Open the members section
  • Share the invitation code
  • The invited person creates an account and enters the code

3. Roles: family member and assistant

Cerchi can show different tools based on the person's role within the circle.

FAMILY MEMBER

Caregiver

Can coordinate the circle, use caregiver support tools, and transform routines into daily activities.

ASSISTANT

Care worker, home assistant

Can record quick updates, receive practical guidance, and contribute to daily continuity.

CIRCLE

Collaboration

All authorized members can stay aligned on updates, the calendar, documents, and activities.

4. Using the notice board

The notice board is used to share important updates and keep them organized.

  • Use the quick update for brief communications
  • Use the detailed post when you want to write a more complete message
  • Use the checklist for tasks that need to be completed or ticked off
  • Filter posts by category: meals, activities, shopping, medication, visits
  • Comment on posts to keep related conversations together

5. Quick update

The quick update helps transform text or voice into a more readable update.

TEXT

Write what happened

You can enter a simple phrase: for example, "ate very little, out of milk, doctor's visit tomorrow."

VOICE

Speak instead of typing

You can use the microphone to dictate an update. Cerchi transcribes the text and organizes it.

CATEGORIES

Better order on the board

Whenever possible, Cerchi recognizes categories such as meals, activities, medication, shopping, or visits.

6. Automatic translations

Every member can use Cerchi in their own language. Updates are translated to help family members and assistants understand each other better.

  • Each user chooses their own language in the app
  • A person can type or speak in their own language
  • Other members read in the language they have set
  • Original text remains available when needed

7. Using the AI caregiver

The AI caregiver offers practical and cautious guidance for common situations. It does not replace healthcare professionals.

  • Open the Caregiver tab
  • Choose a situation or describe what is happening
  • Read the practical guidance
  • If useful, generate a routine
  • Transform the routine into activities in the Daily Log tab

8. Using the AI for assistants

The Assistant tab is designed for care workers and home assistants who need simple, operational guidance.

  • Describe the situation
  • Or use voice dictation
  • Receive a few practical and sustainable actions
  • Record an update for the circle when needed

9. Daily Log tab

The Daily Log tab collects simple and shared activities, useful for providing continuity to daily life.

  • View today's activities
  • Tick off what has been done
  • Use AI-generated routines when they are helpful
  • Help the circle understand what still needs to be done

10. Document archive

The archive is used to store documents, photos, reports, instructions, or materials useful to the circle.

  • Upload a file, photo, or scan
  • Add a helpful description
  • Organize documents into folders
  • Documents are accessible only to authorized members of the circle

11. Security, privacy, and AI limits

Cerchi is designed for sensitive information. That's why it uses private circles, invitation-only access, and a cautious use of AI.

Who can see the circle's content?

Only invited and authorized members can access the circle's content.

Does the AI replace a professional?

No. The AI offers practical and organizational guidance, but not diagnoses, prescriptions, or clinical decisions.

Does the AI read all my data?

No. The AI is used only when you request guidance, a routine, or an organized update. It uses only the necessary context to generate that specific response.

What to do in an emergency?

In case of danger, sudden worsening, falls, acute symptoms, or clinical doubts, immediately contact a professional or emergency services.
