How do I create a circle?
After signing up, you can create a circle directly in the app. A circle is a private shared space where you can invite family members and other people involved in care.
How do I invite other people?
You can share your circle invitation code with the people you want to add. Only invited members can join that private space.
How does automatic translation work?
Each user selects their preferred language. When content is posted, Cerchi can make it readable to other members in their own language, when the feature is available.
Does every member need to pay?
No. Premium features are designed for the circle. In practice, one subscription is enough to unlock premium features for the associated circle.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription on iPhone?
Subscriptions purchased on iOS are managed through your Apple account, in the App Store subscription settings.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly in the app: Settings → Delete account. This action is irreversible.
Is my data private?
Each circle is a private environment accessible by invitation only. Cerchi does not sell your personal data to third parties and does not use advertising based on user data.
